I will actually suggest standard charted if they are not already doing to start the call girl centre, where they do not have to any service and meet any commitment and minimum investement too.this will also give them unprecedent gains they are looking for by cheating.

In the end when i did get tired i decided to get my sweet revenge. You see, the branch in my locality is a very small one with limited a/c. Now the rage i was in at that time made me go and close 1 credit card, 1 personal a/c, 1 dmat, 1 current a/c and 12 salary a/cs. Basically i cut off all my personal and company a/cs from them. Considering the fact that they used to call me every month and request me to deposit more money in my a/cs if possible because they couldnt meet their monthly quota, this makes me really happy.

If it is any consolation, this doesn’t happen only in India. It well & truly is like the tele soap opera titled ‘Ghar Ghar ki Kahani’. I had a very similar experience recently with NatWest Bank here in UK. Got my new title, first name and middle name all wrong…not once but thrice. Haven’t had an adequate apology yet and I don’t think I ever will. As far as your suggestion about piggy banking the money is concerned, I say let’s go for it – kind of makes sense in the current economic climate anyway.

Interestingly, both your comments are from the same IP. So there are 2 possibilities:

1. Lalitha is a Stanchart employee in which case Shame on you once again Stanchart. This is how you guys react to customer criticism – by vilifying the customer who has every right to be ticked off at your shoddy service, and claiming that he deserves the treatment just because he uses a couple of curse words on his blog.

2. Lalitha is writing a fake comment as Stanchart Customer Service, just to make me do unnecessary work, in which case I request her to use a proxy server in future.

I really don’t know what to make of it. If the former is true, Stanchart goes even higher up on the “Wall of Shame”.

We would like to investigate this incident further.

I am saddened by your opinion anyone who wants this country to be better deserves to go to outer space. This “take it or leave it” attitude is what is causing these problems in the first place. It is precisely why these companies can afford to take the customers for a ride. Sigh!!

A lot can be said from your language and your profile. I think you deserve this illtreatment If you think you can live in a better country/world u need to find yourselves a place in the outer space and your language and profile supports this requirement.
